We have created educational training programmes in the field for the younger generations (20-40 years old) of the families we work with. The purpose of these training programmes is to help the younger generation understand what the stakes are and experience the variety of possible ways that a family’s resources can be engaged in philanthropy. Through our experience and support, we help them achieve their aspirations and eventually develop their individual ways to engage.
In March 2007, we completed a training programme in Vietnam, in collaboration with the Forum for Active Philanthropy (Germany). Following the success of this experience, we launched a second training programme for Next Generation Philanthropists in Brazil, in August 2008.
