Identifying a portfolio of partner organisations
Once a donor's engagement profile is established, we provide a portfolio of partner organisations based on our rigourous and independent selection model. These are organisations that provide a credible and efficient answer to the problems being addressed, achieve excellent results and have the potential to be viable and autonomous.
Our methodology is based on rigourous expertise developed over nearly fifteen years with the aim of optimising the resources committed by donors. Each organisation that we recommend is closely analysed and visited and our criteria dan be grouped as follows:
- Referral criteria : We benefit from extensive in every continent and access to a carefully selected network of experts, most notably around the themes of childhood, health, education, access to water and human rights. This enable us to identify or validate partner organisations best suited to meet the aspirations of our donors.
- Management criteria : We evaluate the organisation's management and the specific means available to it in the short and long term. A few of our criteria are: management of operations and its resources, transparency of actions, reputation and past experience, efficiency of the management of financial and human resources.
- Impact criteria : We measure performance using both qualitative and quantitative indicators. We include the following criteria in our process: relevance of the interventions, efficiency of achieved results, social impact, autonomy provided to beneficiaries, durability of actions.
