Brainstorming around leading foundations in times of change
AUGUST 2009 - wise has been commissioned by the Banque du Luxembourg to jointly shape the agenda of a conference organized by the Bank on 8-9 October. At this event, wise will lead a workshop on the role and impact of foundations.
Under the chairmanship of Jacques Santer, among others, the theme of this year’s conference will be «Responsible Leadership in Times of Change». During 2 days, a wide variety of participants will debate the short and medium term consequences of the current financial crisis. Indeed, some foundations have already closed down due to the current volatility. Others are trying to reinvent themselves and ajust to the new economic environment.
