«The role and impact of foundations in times of crisis»: conference for a public based in the French speaking part of Switzerland.
JULY 2009 - A conference on «The role and impact of foundations in times of crisis» will be held in Geneva on the 23rd of September 2009. Organised by SwissFoundations, the association of donor foundations in Switzerland, with the collaboration of wise, it offers to analyse and answer some topical questions through debates and panels.
Benefiting from the presence of key actors in the field, this event will take place at the auditorium Louis Jeantet and will cover a series of discussions addressing itself primarily to workers or heads of donor foundations in the French part of Switzerland. Luc Tayart de Borms from the Fondation Roi Baudouin, Charles Kleiber and Xavier Oberson will lead the analysis on the current role of foundations. Furthermore, the questions of new collaborations to consider, foundation management, and the role of these foundations, specifically in the French speaking part of Switzerland, will also be addressed.
