Strategic project planning
Once the partner organisation(s) has been selected by the donor, we work closely with its team to strategically plan the project to be implemented. Together, we establish the concrete results to be achieved and their related costs. A donor can thus clearly understand how his or her aid will be utilised and track the indicators that will measure the project's progress.
An exit strategy is anticipated from the outset, both encouraging the project to gain autonomy as well as allowing the donor to redirect his or her support elsewhere if desired. The aim is to set up partnerships programmed to last from 3 to 5 years on the basis of clearly-defined objectives.
