Young Talent Programme 2022-2023, welcome Elisa Liotta!
November 2022
WISE – philanthropy advisors and the Swiss Philanthropy Foundation would like to welcome Elisa Liotta, the second participant in the Young Talent Programme, launched jointly by the two organisations. This 10-month immersion programme is aimed at young graduates who wish to discover the philanthropy sector, giving them the opportunity to acquire different professional skills in the fields of project management, administrative follow-up of donations or communication.
Elisa studied Economics and Management at the University of Geneva, followed by a Master’s degree in Controlling and Accounting in Finance at HEC Lausanne. During her university studies, she was keen to mix studies, sport, work and volunteering in various associations. After starting her professional career in financial auditing, Elisa wanted to discover the field of philanthropy and joined the Young Talent Programme proposed by WISE – philanthropy advisors in September 2022.
“During my studies, I was always involved in several associations on a voluntary basis, I never imagined that I would be able to work in the non-profit sector. When I saw the Young Talent Programme offered by WISE, I seized the opportunity to combine work and commitment.”
