For the third consecutive year, Swiss Philanthropy Foundation and WISE – philanthropy advisors are looking for their next Young Talent!

Are you intrigued by the philanthropy profession and would you like to work in a team of passionate people? Do you want to align your career path with your personal interests?

WISE philanthropy advisors and the Swiss Philanthropy Foundation have joined forces to create the Young Talent Programme (YTP) to offer young graduates with little or no professional experience an opportunity to acquire professional skills and develop their knowledge of the philanthropy sector in the framework of a Junior Project Coordinator position within their organisations.

This programme is aimed at Bachelor’s or Master’s graduates who wish to grow personally and professionally within dynamic and entrepreneurial organisations. The Young Talent Programme allows them to acquire, over a period of 10 months, professional experience and skills within two leading organisations in the world of philanthropy.
